WEEKLY RATES

Weekly rates include water, sewer, garbage, and electricity.

                        $150  Weekly rent, Tax included  

 MONTHLY RATES

Monthly rates include water, sewer, and garbage for two persons, and parking space for two vehicles in addition to the RV. The monthly rate requires a two months minimum rent charge and a deposit for electricity.

Each space is equipped with a park meter for electricity.  We read your meter, and bill you for electricity you use each month.

You do NOT have to pay for services not wanted or needed. Hard line telephone service and cable TV or satallite service are available in the RV park from the service providers and you have your choice of programming. 

Internet Service Providers with various speeds from cable modem or DSL or wireless are available. 

A 120 gallon propane tank and at-site service are available from the supplier.
