 Daily rates include water, sewer, garbage, and electricity.

                         $25 - Daily rent

WEEKLY RATES

Weekly rates include water, sewer, garbage, and electricity.

                       $125 - Weekly rent

MONTHLY RATES

Monthly rates include water, sewer, and garbage for two persons, and parking space for two vehicles in addition to the RV. The monthly rate requires a month minimum rent charge.

Each space is equipped with a meter for electricity.  We read your meter, and bill you for electricity used each month.

 You do not have to pay for services not wanted or needed. Hard line telephone service and cable TV service are available in the RV park from the service providers and you have a choice of programming and Internet Service Providers with various speeds from cable modem or DSL or wireless.

 
A 120 gallon propane tank and service is available from the supplier.
